Right-click (Secondary click) the app icon and select "Open" from the menu.
The confirmation dialog will appear again, but this time an "Open" button will be available. Click it to launch the app.

You will be guided to settings on launch, but if you skipped it, follow these steps to enable it
manually.
Open Apple Menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
Find KeyRemapHyper in the list and toggle the switch to ON.
You may be asked for your password or Touch ID. Enter your Mac login credentials to
verify.
Once enabled, the app will start working immediately.
